Do I need a visa?
The answer to this question depends on where you come from.
- EU/EEA or Swiss citizens: If you want to stay longer than 3 months, you need a registration certificate or a residence card (Swiss citizen) and a CPR number. You can get both after arriving in Denmark.
- Nordic citizens (Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland): You only need to apply for a CPR number after arriving in Denmark.
- Non-EU/EEA citizens: You must apply for a visa/residence permit prior to arriving in Denmark.
The visa process
In order for us to get the process going, please make sure that the first instalment has been paid. Once the money has been received on our end, we will start the visa process. We will ask you for some personal data and start your visa application upon receiving them. Once we have finished the first part of the application form, we will send you another email. It will contain information needed for you as an applicant as you need to log in and complete the second part of the application form yourself. We will give you detailed instructions in the email, so you do not need to engage in independent research.
