ESG investing is presumably one of the fastest growing financial trends in the recent years. It remains however unclear why investors choose to hold responsible financial assets. Using Danish registry data, CBS Assistant Professor Fatima Zahra Filali Adib will discuss how wealth and personal experiences shape retail investors’ sustainable and green preferences providing new insights on drivers of ESG growth.
Financial Influencers' Effect on Retail Investment
CBS Assistant Professor Yingjie Qi examines financial influencers' ('finfluencers') impact on retail investment using real equity and derivative investments across four Nordic countries. She will present findings on who investors follow, and how these influencers affect followers' portfolios and trading.
