The CBS Executive Certificates make it possible to fit high level education around a busy lifestyle to make sure to keep ambitious executives updated on the business demands of a dynamic and unpredictable globalized market.

Each Executive Certificate stands alone as a business qualification and offers its own focus providing you with tools and knowledge to: understand your own organization and how to optimize within (EC in General Management), how to power growth and secure a good understanding of the competitive landscape (EC in Business Potentials), dig deep into an area of specialization, with the choice between studying for the Executive Certificate in Entrepreneurship, the Executive Certificate in Digitalisation or the Executive Certificate in Governance and Sustainability. The final step will include 4 months of strategic courses, concluding with a capstone thesis designed to be applied in to your own organisation, which will earn you the exclusive MBA degree from CBS. You will find value in studying each certificate individually, as well as one after the other, at your preferred pace.

Executive Certificate in General Management

This four-month module will give you the tools to develop a deeper understanding of the fundamentals governing organisational behaviour.

Executive Certificate in Exploring Business potentials

This four-month module develops your knowledge and analytical skills leading to understanding how to create growth.

Executive Certificate in a Concentration of Your Choice

During this two-month module you will be invited to dive deeper into an area of interest that will benefit your career aspirations as well as your organisation.

Managing Strategic Execution + Integrated Strategy Project

The final module encourages you to use your newly acquired MBA tools to develop a strategy for your organisation.

The duration of the Executive Certificates varies from certificate to certificate, but all are designed to be part time studies alongside a full time job. Each Certificate lasts between 2-9 months with monthly modules lasting 4-7 days. You have a choice of two annual start dates: in May or in September.

The Executive Certificates can be combined so that you, after successful completion of 4 executive certificates within 5 years, will obtain the CBS EMBA degree. Each Executive Certificate stands alone as a business qualification and every certificate offers different focus and provides you with relevant tools within a specific area. The majority of our participants end up taking more certificates over time, very often completing the full EMBA journey with us via the certificate path.

From 17.00 to 19.00 we invite you to visit our campus or participate virtually to learn more about the CBS Executive Certificates and Executive MBA and what life as an EMBA at CBS is like. You will be introduced to the programme by the Associate Dean of the Executive MBA programme, Professor Jesper Rangvid, and examples from the classroom by an EMBA Professor. Additionally, an EMBA graduate will share their experience.
