MBD courses

With an MBD at CBS, you are guaranteed a flexible and tailor-made master programme based on your ambitions. An MBD consists of mandatory courses, core courses, elective courses and a master project. Whether you want to take single course, multiple courses or a full master degree is entirely up to you. You’re also welcome to come back for more courses at any time. However, we always recommend that you start with one of our mandatory courses, which will give you a strong foundation throughout your master degree at CBS.

Master Project

The master project completes the entire education. You can register for the project once you've passed all other courses in your programme. The master project trains your ability to describe, analyse, process and report on one or more complex issues at a high professional level. Once you have passed the master project, you obtain a master's degree in business development.

Effective Negotiation

Negotiating effective agreements is typically viewed as a blend of art and science. Consequently, to assist you in developing effective negotiation abilities, this course heavily emphasises experiential learning through participant involvement in exercises and simulations, primarily based on negotiation cases from Kellogg and/or Harvard. Throughout the training you will be placed into realistic negotiation settings, and you will need to prepare for, participate in and analyse negotiations.
