The focus is on the individual employee's and company's needs in relation to the composition of the programme. If unexpected busy periods arise at work, there is ample opportunity to postpone and reschedule planned courses for later, when there is more time for developing skills.
Master of Business Development is a part-time continung-educational postgraduate programme at master level and is, therefore, self-financed. Your employee takes one course at a time and you only pay for the courses they are signed up for. They are continously progressing towards a full master degree. A full degree consists of 60 ECTS credits and costs 195,000 DKK. Additional expenses may apply for some courses, such as books and materials.
Upskilling several employees at once can give a big boost to a company and workflows. Having multiple employees follow the same course simultaneously often makes it easier to transfer knowledge to your practice, as your employees will speak the same language, can support each other and understand the reasoning behind potential changes.
