What is MBD?

Who can study MBD?

The MBD is for individuals who dream of continuing their education in management, digitalization, strategy and business development.
MBD is also relevant for companies that want to upskill their employees.

We have designed a flexible continuing-educational programme where we provide the building blocks for you. The programme consists of mandatory courses, core courses, elective courses and a master project that you put together in your own way. However, we recommend that you start with one of our mandatory courses, which form the foundation of the program.
A full master degree can be completed in 2-6 years.

MBD lectures take place on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm.

MBD offers courses in both English and Danish

The choice is yours. An MBD at CBS is designed to give you the flexibility to tailor your degree so that it suits you and your ambitions. You choose whether you want to take a single course, multiple courses or the full executive master programme.

You'll be in the company of our esteemed CBS professor Poornima Luthra. She has spent the last fifteen years researching and teaching university courses in the field of talent management, with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion. More recently, Poornima has taken her years of academic experience into the corporate world with the vision of making workplaces more inclusive for all.
Poornima is also a highly acknowledged author within the field and has most recently published the following titles:
