The MBD is for individuals who dream of continuing their education in management, digitalisation strategy and business development.
MBD is also relevant for companies that want to upskill their employees.

Events

We have designed a flexible executive continuing-educational programme where we provide the building blocks for you. The programme consists of mandatory courses, core courses, elective courses and a master project that you put together whichever way you want. However, we recommend that you start with one of our mandatory courses, which form the foundation of the programme.
A full master degree can be completed in 2-6 years.

MBD lectures take place on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm.

MBD offers courses in both English and Danish.

Starter Programme

What is the Starter Programme?

We recommend that you begin the Master of Business Development with our two core courses: Organisational Change and Business Development. These courses are mandatory if you wish to complete the full programme and add the MBD to your CV.
The courses provide a solid foundation, ensuring you gain maximum value from the programme. While it is not compulsory to start with the two core courses, it is a clear advantage before specialising through our core and elective courses.

When you enrol in the Starter Programme now, the upcoming start dates are: Business Development – 4 May 2026 Organisational Change – 29 October 2026
If you are also comfortable studying in Danish, you will have the opportunity this autumn to enrol in the Danish versions of the courses with the following start dates: Organisation og forandring – 3 September 2026 Forretningsudvikling – 5 November 2026
You are free to combine Danish and English courses, allowing your Starter Programme to consist of one Danish and one English course if you prefer.

Next courses

The Starter Programme is designed to give you a strong start to the MBD, while retaining full flexibility to shape your degree around the exact competencies you are looking to develop.
After completing the Starter Programme, you decide the order and pace at which you take the next steps. You enrol in the core and elective courses of your choice at a time that suits you - however, the programme must be completed within a maximum of six years.

Whether you are a consultant or a manager, and whether you work in pharmaceuticals or construction, our programme can be tailored to your needs.
We offer a broad range of courses in business development, with a focus on areas such as digitalisation, leadership, marketing, economics and finance.
